Leisure Venues
Ninja Kidz Action Parks Edinburgh & Dundee
We fully refurbished two former Ryze trampoline parks into Ninja Kidz Action Parks. Both Edinburgh and Dundee parks were completed at the same time, coordinating with international suppliers to ensure products were delivered and managed to programme. This project had a grand opening event with special US guests coming to the park, so keeping to schedule was essential. Contract value of over £1m.
Office Development
Newhailes Business Park
From the ground up we built 14 units for mixed-use, from a dance school, to vets to offices. This project was steel-frame construction with full concrete floors. The development was built to rent by the client, however IDH was retained to fit out many of the units.
Event Spaces
Elphinstone Tower
Currently under construction, we're extending this traditional country home to create a modern events and wedding venue. The extension brings a modern touch to this traditional building with a winter garden roof, green roof, sliding glass doors and more. A venue like this is to be enjoyed, so the quality of the build has to stand the test of time.

Many of our clients come to us with an architect, an interior designer or the full deisgn team already in place. We work alongside them, building exactly what’s been designed, to spec and to intent. We’re used to coordinating with specialist trades and suppliers, so every part of the project comes together as planned.
