The outcome
A large, glazed section with a wonderful canopy was always at the forefront of this kitchen renovations design. The client having the ability to admire her garden from the kitchen, as well as being able to sit outside on overcast days with some level of protection that didn’t stop natural light was essential.
Originally, the kitchen had an inconveniently placed utility space, a single back door and the space was duller than the client wanted which motived her to complete a renovation.
Our craftsmen completed a work of art on the external stonework creating a space that looks like it’s always existed that the patio doors and matching floor to ceiling windows got placed into. This feature floods the room with natural light ticking all the clients’ boxes.
Using their new space, the clients have stated its such a great space for cooking and spending quality time with friends and family sharing good food and good laughs – with a special admiration for the tiles laid throughout.
